Virginia Celtic Gathering and Highland Games is happy to invite the Clans and Societies of all Celtic Nations to gather once again to share in Celtic fellowship, explore our Celtic heritage, introduce Celtic culture to the community at large, and spark our children's Celtic fire!

Clans

Welcome to the 2012 Virginia Celtic Gathering and Highland Games! The clans have been inquiring and we are here to stay! Since the festival began, two full generations of Scots and Scottish-Americans have grown up experiencing their heritage and they are now passing it on to their children through the clans system! Registration forms and payments for all clan items can be accomplished at the Celtic Curious? One-Stop-Shop. We can accept Credit, Debit, and E-Checks to meet everyone's needs.

The War Cry Rally and Haggis Hurl are scheduled, prepare your clan, the more that participate, the better your chances!

Societies and Community Groups

Celtic Societies and Celtic Friendly Community groups are invited to be a part of the traditional Gathering of the Clans! Show your Celtic pride and give the community a chance to get to know your organization. This year local community groups will also join the gathering as they support the festival's goals and aspirations. We look forward to diverse group of Celts around the parade field, in the parade, and participating in Tug of War and more....

1. Clan/Society Sponsorship Package Includes: 15 by 15 ft space, 2 Friends of the Festival Reception Tickets, 2 Saturday entries, 1 premium parking, 2 VIP area passes, sponsor listing in new program (business card size)		$250.00
2. Single Space Clan/Society Package includes a 15 by 15 ft space, 2 Saturday entries, and 1 Premium parking, clan listing in new program		$90.00
3. Double Space Clan/Society Package includes a 30 by 15 space, 2 Saturday entries, and 1 Premium parking, clan listing in new program		$155.00
4. Clan/Society entry or entries in the Tug of War (4 persons)		$1.00
5. Single VIP sponsorships include 1 ticket to the Friends of the Festival Reception, 1 Saturday entry, 1 premium parking, and 1 VIP area pass		$90.00
6. Lord Dunmore Sponsorship: Sponsors of the Lord Dunmore trophy for best display will be listed in the program and website.		$60.00
7. Festival Program Advertising: Get more visitors to your booth, commend your volunteers, and show your Celtic Pride with an ad in the program. A special section of the program is set aside for Fleurs o' the Forest remembrances, consider buying a memorial for your members. The festival program proceeds support the general fund of the festival.		Variable
8. Pass on your heritage! Family package includes two adult (18+) and one youth ticket (13-17) and 12 and under are guests!		$25.00

Rockahock has special camping prices for the weekend and the Holiday Inn Patriot on Richmond Road in Williamsburg is the festival hotel this year. Mention the Virginia Celtic Gathering for the festival rate.
